Finding Your Personal Truth
In every life, there are four wise men who vie for your soul. If you learn to see them, you get the life you want. If you don’t, then you lose yourself.
Who are these four wise men? The Materialist, the Empiricist, the Rationalist, and the Spiritualist. Truth seekers, one and all. However, they each see themselves as the only true wise man. And because we want to believe they have answers, we surrender our souls to the one we trust the most.
In truth, we need all four in order to find our personal truth. But we let this one wise man convince us, he alone knows the truth. So whether doctor, teacher, or spiritual guide, in the end, it's all the same. By trusting someone else to tell you your truth, you forget who you are.
Know this site exists for one purpose—to help good people like you to reclaim your personal truth. To do this, you'll need to know two secrets. The first you'll find pictured above. It’s a map of the human mind. Beautiful, isn't it? The second is a four-step method for using this map which, to my constant amazement, exactly parallels the truth finding method Descartes proposed in 1637.
Isn't this my truth though?
Actually, no. You see, you can use these two discoveries to find your own personal truth. And yes, they don’t teach you what is true. But by plugging words into the map, you can know when something is true. Or if it's still baking.
Why do you need to know this stuff?
Because we live in the too-much-information age. Without a way to sort through it all, you drown in data, every day. Sound like your life? It’s everyone’s life, including mine. And because we’re constantly drowning in this data, we fall for all kinds of bullshit, none of which would have fooled us if we had known about the map.
Why am I sharing this stuff with you?
I had a life-changing experience some years back that left me with one purpose—to make the world a better place for my having lived in it. I live to make a difference in the lives of children, and to use my sorry ass for something other than furthering my own selfish ends.
Does this sound like bullshit? If so, I don’t blame you. The wise men say stuff like this all the time. Then again, what if I’m telling you the truth? What if I really have discovered way to map the mind? Imagine the possibilities?
My wish for you then is simple. Learn to use the map and then, go find your personal truth.
May your journey be blessed. May your mind and heart open. And may you too leave the world a better place for having lived in it.
